Our 2nd Annual Halloween Event!

With over 300 trick-or-treaters stopping by, the event was a huge success. There were so many great costumes, it was extremely difficult to judge our first-ever costume contest. But at the end of the day, there could only be three winners, and here they are:

First place winner, Peter, pandered shamelessly to the judges, not only dressing as candy, but singing the entire Oompa Loompa song from Willy Wonka. Shameless pandering is rewarded highly at The Candy Store. Remember that next year, kids! Peter won a filled gumball machine.

Second place winner, Tyler, impressed us with his realistic rendition of a racecar driver. Ricky Bobby would be proud. Tyler walked away with his own candy bin filled with gummi bears.

Third place winner, Alexandra, was, well, just too cute in her ladybug costume - we had no choice but to present her with a $5 gift certificate to the store.
